Lily Dumas, MA, MHC-LP, is a Psychotherapist in New York dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, perfectionism, and identity development. Lily holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University.
