Therapy in Midtown Manhattan
Your day already runs on the 4/5/6, back-to-back meetings and a lunch you eat standing up. Therapy should fit into that, not compete with it.
Our Midtown office is a short walk from Grand Central and Bryant Park. It's quiet, it's private, and it's easy to get to before work, after work or on a long lunch. On the weeks you can't make it in, every therapist here also meets by video.

When can I come in?
We have weekday hours plus some evening and weekend times. Availability depends on the therapist, so we'll find a time that works during your free consultation.
Can I mix in-person and online sessions?
Yes. Plenty of clients come in some weeks and meet by video on others.

Can I use my insurance?
