Rebecca Snyder is a relational trauma therapist who helps adults and teens move through life’s challenges and deepen their connection to themselves. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore difficult experiences, gain insight, and build skills for lasting change. Drawing from EMDR, DBT, CBT, and IFS, Rebecca supports clients in processing trauma, navigating chronic pain, and finding new ways to approach relationships and work. She believes that therapy is not just about confronting problems, but also about fostering resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.

Rebecca works with individuals in both virtual and in-person settings, offering care that is tailored to each person’s needs and goals. She is especially passionate about helping clients through significant life transitions, from adolescence to adulthood and beyond, and empowering them to face uncertainty confidently.
