David Rachman focuses his work on the inside-out process of change. Through deep listening and presence, he creates a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can more deeply explore themselves on the path to wholeness and integration.
David approaches therapy from a trauma-informed lens using an integrated and holistic approach blending MI, CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness-based, somatic, and psychodynamic modalities on an individual and client-centered basis. His belief is that each client is an expert on themselves, providing the space to deeply process and integrate past experiences (including traumatic ones) to create a clearing for meaningful external change.
His focus is on helping client’s with root work building self-love, increasing their capacity to connect in their relationships and to all of life. His own heart-centered approach provides the space for genuine transformation through compassion, helping clients to re-parent, re-claim, and practice embodiment.
