Alexis Shooshani is an encouraging and supportive intern who is passionate about helping clients tap into their strengths and create meaningful change. She brings a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, offering a safe and uplifting space where clients can explore their emotions, gain clarity, and feel truly understood. She believes deeply in helping clients discover the resilience they already carry within them.

Driven by her purpose to support healing and personal transformation, Alexis views therapy as a collaborative journey. She is dedicated to helping clients manage their emotions in healthier ways, build self-awareness, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. Her goal is to help clients overcome past challenges, gain confidence, and step into their best selves.

To achieve these goals, Alexis is expanding her training in effective, evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches. This commitment to continued learning ensures she provides her clients with practical tools and techniques necessary for lasting personal growth.
